Brother Alois and Brother Matthew have been working closely with the Anglican Centre in Rome .

Our profound gratitude to Brother Alois who is deeply engaged in promoting a greater spirit of collaboration amongst young Christians and with the leadership of different Christian denominations.  His love for Christ and for those who are different from us have touched several hearts who in turn have given their lives to be instruments of reconciliation and peace.

Our warmest congratulations to Brother Matthew. We assure him of our prayers and sustained support as he is called to lead the Taizé Community. His diligence and his spirit of service for the cause of Ecumenism are qualities that fit him to the role.
